Campaign description
The We Can Quit campaign had friends and family of smokers, and Australian celebrities quit something in support of them quitting smoking. Emphysema is highlighted as a permanent and irreversible disease to prompt smokers to quit today.
In addition to traditional advertising, We Can Quit's messages were embedded in media content using editorial, advertorials, sponsorship and in-program segments. Three television commercials have been made: an Aussie celebrities group advertisement and individual commercials with Michael O'Loughlin (AFL legend) and Lisa Gormley (Home & Away actress).
